lighting and shadows need to match your external photo. use the surrounding cars for examples of how the highlight/shadow should be on turtle and how it's shadow should be cast...

It's as if the lighting is coming from opposite directions. I prob would have taken the two or three cars closest to him and made them swerve also.... good idea though!
