I love the artistic look and close-up of the person in this. Their face looks a bit weird (like its trying to burst out of its skull?). The other entry has a nice idea with le toure de France and a dog but it has too many things that dont look right (the cat in the top left corner for one)

I like how the rider has been removed from the wall but kept as art in the other; the riders are somewhat distinct but the cycles are not (save for the bottle removed); I'm afraid the dog and rats detract from an otherwise interesting road race. Here, I am hoping this is all brushwork and other PS painting because, if so, it is very well done; a shame the background had to be blurred so much: the painted rider could have been kept in the scene (tribute?).

the logo cheapens the other one for me but again each and every one of these decisions has gone back and forth. ultimately picking this because i feel the final composition is a little stronger
