yes 3 point level noise Trace, shows slightly more on the big, but pulls this size together more I found as the original image was a bit low res and low lit to begin with. I predict more people view this size than big, was my guess ;oP

Do you desaturate your noise? It seems like I'm seeing the tell-tale signs of the red and green from a photoshop noise effect.
