I like this a lot. Colors are a bit harsh for me, but that's ok. I agree about the clouds. Try to add a little shape to the birds. Some dark and light areas on the birds will help. They are too flat right now.

There's some weird perspective on the roof as well. Vokaris might be a good one to help fix that.
